Sadly, I am taking this website down by the last day of 2022. A new website is coming soon under a new domain: KarimElBawab.com which will be my main website, hopefully, I will invest more time to create more content. kokillennium.com was not an active website since I always stick to my social media channels. In addition, I had no extra time to be more active on social media.

New beginning, May be!?
One of the things that I wanted to improve in myself is to be much more patience and to continue what I’ve started!.
I am the man, who gets excited for a project, work on it for hours, days, weeks or months and then, release it to stop working on it few weeks later!. This costed me a lot and with limited investments in my projects, I could not make the successful project that I’ve dreamed of. It is hard to work on your projects while you’ve a full time job. Time is very limited and everything is running so fast!
Well, Today. I started to rearrange my priorities. It is hard to change but, let me try again!
Officially: Deal settled with Al Nahar TV
I would like to announce that I’ve just signed a settlement contract for Mariam’s photo with Al Nahar TV management. This time, I’ve been approached by a real desire from Al Nahar management (represented by: Mr. Amr El Kahky and Mohamed Gomaa) to reach a fair deal without going through further judicial steps. Finally, Negotiations were direct and fruitful after 3 months of talk rounds.
I’ve received my rights with decent compensation for the commercial use of my photo. They visited me in Alexandria and apologized personally on behalf of Al Nahar TV to me for all the things that I’ve passed through during this case.
Personally, This was enough for me
I would like to notify everyone that I’ve already submitted retraction requests (on youtube) for the videos I’ve already suspended via youtube and Al Nahar TV team will work intensively to reopen the official channel via youtube support within few hours.
It’s time to believe it: Rights can never be lost

المصري الذي يتجاهل أهم بنود دستور مصر 2014 الذي إعتبر حماية الملكية الفكرية للأعمال الإبداعية حق دستوري لكل مواطن مصري
الموضوع ببساطة إن جريدة اليوم السابع (رئيس تحريرها: خالد صلاح) – المحاور بقناة النهار، أعلنت إن قناة النهار علي اليوتيوب المغلقة قد تم فتحها بعد أيام من غلقها لأسباب تقنية و الحقيقة إن الأسباب مكنتش تقنية خالص، الأسباب كما ذُكرت علي قناة اليوتيوب – كما يقول اليوتيوب

١- أنا سجلت لقاء تليفزيوني مع إم بي سي (إي تي بالعربي) يوم 7 يونيو 2015 بناءاً علي دعوة لطيفة و محترمة من إم بي سي إي تي بالعربي، تم إذاعته – حكيت فيه ما حدث معي بشكل مختصر قبل معرفتي بمحتوي ما قالته المذيعة “الأكثر تأثيراً في الشرق الأوسط” في لقاءها المذاع أمس
مُحدث – اللقاء بعد إذاعته – برجاء قراءة نقطة رقم 4 بعد مشاهدة التقرير و اللقاء

٢ – أنا لم أستلم من قنوات النهار أو ريهام سعيد أو أي شخص يمثلهم أي مال نظير الحصول علي حق إستغلال الصورة موضع المشكلة و لم أبيعها إطلاقاً و مازلت أمتلك كافة حقوق الملكية الفكرية لصورة (مريم إيهاب) حتي كتابة هذه السطور، و لو كنت أنا بكدب فالسؤال يطرح نفسه: ليه تم حذف الصورة و إستبدالها من ديكور البرنامج في أول حلقة مباشرة علي الهواء بعد المشكلة؟ و إذا كنتوا دفعتوا زي ما جاء علي لسان ريهام سعيد في الفيديو .. طب ليه لم يتم فتح القنوات المغلقة علي اليوتيوب حتي الان و استبدالها بقنوات جديدة مفيهاش أي لقطة من الديكور القديم اللي فيه الصورة القديمة!؟ و هل تستطيع ريهام سعيد أن تظهر للجمهور أي إثبات عن سدادها أي حقوق نظير إستخدام صورتي؟
٣ – قمت بإرسال إنذار قضائي علي يد محضر إلي رئيس مجلس إدارة قنوات النهار بعدم إستخدام الصورة نهائياً في أي قناة من قنوات النهار أو أي موقع علي شبكة الإنترنت. و وصل إلي ادارة اليوتيوب نسخة من ذلك الإنذار بعد أن قام من يمثل (أو شخص يدعي إنه يمثل) الأستاذ علاء الكحكي (مالك قنوات النهار) بعمل إشعار مضاد علي قناة صبايا الخير علي اليوتيوب زاعماً أنه يملك كافة حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمحتوي – إضغط هنا لرؤية الإنذار
٤ – قناة النهار و قناة صبايا الخير علي اليوتيوب الذين قام اليوتيوب بغلقهم مازالوا مغلقين حتي لحظة كتابة هذه السطور و الروابط للوصول للقنوات المغلقة هي
و ماحدث أن من يمثل قناة النهار و قناة صبايا الخير قام بإنشاء قنوات جديدة (بعد ما حدث من غلق للقنوات القديمة) و سيلاحظ الزائر لهذه القنوات الجديدة أنه لا يوجد أي فيديو لبرنامج صبايا الخير يحمل الصورة التي تم التعدي علي حقوقي فيها فلقد قاموا إما بتعديل الحلقات لحذف لقطات ريهام سعيد في الاستديو أو بعمل (تكبير) للشاشة بحيث لا تظهر الصورة في الشاشة نهائياً و يمكنك مشاهدة تفاصيل أكتر في ما كتبته في المقال السابق باللغة الإنجليزية
٥ – إن اللي قالته ريهام سعيد (في لقاءها مع إم بي سي إي تي بالعربي) ينم علي شئ واضح للعيان لا أحتاج إلي تفصيله و حكم الناس عليه أقوي و أحكم من أي حكم

Ms. Riham Saeed seems to be not aware with what is going on in her program so, I am just replying on what is said on her tongue during MBC ET Belaraby (Episode: 9/6/2015). She mentioned that they (she or Al Nahar TV) bought the photo from me, paid money to me and that the channel of Al Nahar TV or Sabaya El Kheir on the youtube is opened again!
So, to make it clear for everyone here.
Number 1 – I did NOT sell my photo to Al Nahar TV or Reham Saeed or to any human being on this earth. I did not receive any money from Al Nahar TV or Sabaya El Kheir and I still own all the rights of this photo to the moment of writing this post and if they already bought the photo as you mentioned on MBC ET Belaraby so, why did Sabaya El Kheir crew remove it from the background of the program’s decor? بالعربي: إنتهاك الحقوق و أخره
أعتقد إن الوقت حان للكلام بإستفاضة عن موضوع حقوق الملكية الفكرية و إزاي نقدر كشباب مصري بينتج إننا نستخدم التكنولوجيا بحيث ننتج و نحافظ علي شغلنا من الإنتهاكات بطريقة عملية إلي جانب إحتفاظنا بحق إستخدام القانون المصري إذا لزم الأمر طبقاً لتقدير كل واحد و دماغه و طريقته
مبدئياً لازم أوضح نقط مهمة و محورية في طرحي للموضوع ده و هي نقط شخصية عشان جايز بعد ما تقرأوا تختلفوا معايا في طريقة تناولي للموضوع. أنا لما إتعرض شغلي للإنتهاك، ما دخلتش القصة دي من الأول عشان فلوس أو شهرة، النقطتين إتطرحوا عليا خلال القصة و إتعاملت معاهم علي إنهم أدوات مش هدف لازم أسعي له. يعني بالعربي أنا داخل الموضوع و أنا كريم و خارج منه و أنا نفس كريم اللي دخل قصة مكنش متوقعها. النقطة التانية إني مش حسرد تفاصيل اللي حصل لسبب إني بصراحة شايفها تفاصيل متخصش حد و إنتهت بإنتهاء الموضوع بالنسبة لي. الإستفادة من الموضوع هي الأهم عندي إني أنشرها بحيث أساعد أي حد تاني قد يقع في مشكلة مشابهة و نتقدم كلنا لقدام. فأي حاجة حقولها في المقال الطويل شوية ده مش شرط تكون حصلت معايا، أنا بنقل عصارة الخبرة اللي تراكمت عندي من سنين، من سنة 1998 تحديداً لما دخلت الإنترنت لأول مرة في حياتي. خد نفسك عميق و يلا بينا في رحلة مع إنتهاك الحقوق و أخرها
إبتدي ب: إعمل شغلك و إرميه البحر .. و متنساش … تكتب إسمك علي شغلك
لازم يبقي عندك إستراتيجية لحفظ و نشر شغلك، تصويرك، موسيقاك، كتاباتك، لازم يكون كل شئ موثق بشكل ما. إذا ما كنتش بتحب التوثيق المحلي و شايفه إنه بيكلفك وقت و فلوس كتير، يبقي علي الأقل عندك طريقة محترمة يعترف بيها الكوكب إنها وسيلة توثيق لعملك .. وده اللي نفعني في الحفاظ علي حقي إلي جانب التوثيق المحلي، توثيقي لشغلي بشكل واضح. لأنك بدون توثيق، أنت كده من غير حماية .. و بعد كده إشتغل و انشر شغلك و شغلك حيلاقي طريقه للنجاح لو بتعمل منتج كويس
إنتبه .. لخطواتك عند إكتشافك إنتهاك حقوقك
دي أول حاجة تعملها أول ما تشوف أي إنتهاك لحقوقك، الموضوع بسيط. أنت مجرد ما تبلغ عن إنتهاك حقوقك حتدخل نزاع شطرنجي مع طرف قد يكون أقوي منك و قد يكون أضعف أو زيك. مش مهم قوته علي قد أهمية إنك تبقي متفهم كويس جداً إن كل خطوة و حركة منك حيكون معناها إما إنك تحسم النزاع لصالحك أو تخسر حقك للأبد، خطواتك لازم تتحسب بطريقة مظبوطة و بدون إنفعال، الأثر النفسي السيئ قد يكون أسوء ما قد يصيبك في اللحظات دي. متنساش تتأكد من كل التفاصيل الخاصة بعملك اللي تم إنتهاك حقك فيه، راجع تسجيلك له لو وجد و سجله لو مكنتش سجلته بكل الوسائل المتاحة لك و اللي تضمن لك حقك و ملكيتك التامة له
شئ طبيعي إن شغلك يتعرض لمحاولة من محاولات الإنتهاك، تقبل الحقيقة دي بصدر رحب و حدد أنت عاوز إيه بالظبط من أول ثانية، طريقتك في التفاوض حتفرض الإحترام حتي لو اللي قدامك مش عاوز يمشي في نفس سكة الإحترام

Negotiations Ended
Third, Negotiations between Al Nahar TV and me has reached a dead end due to financial disagreements. Based on that, I’ve notified Al Nahar TV to remove my artwork from the next live episodes of Sabaya Al Kheir. Actually, I do not know whether they will implement that or not but, I will act based on their reaction to my request. (more…)
Refreshing the Dead K Blog!
I knew that I am too slow and hardly posting anything in my personal blog which I’ve released during 2011 (4 Years ago). Being too busy with my work with telling myself, you must post high quality posts in your blog made me so picky in posting anything to the extent that I saved many drafts without even publishing them. Honestly, This is wrong and I am taking a serious action to correct all my mistakes. I wanna get back to posting and this is the first rock in my stagnant water.
Currently, I am working hard on FOREXA.ME (the second version: StreamZ)- This is a real trial to share my thoughts, ideas, analyses and experience with Forex traders, investors and everyone interested
I’ll do my best to keep posting at least once every month till I finish all the projects that I am working on. Wish me a good luck and keep watching .. keep WATCHING 😀
+12 Years to start my First Blog!
I can not believe my self that I had finally made it. It took me +12 years to reach to this point.
Actually, I wanted to start this blog from years. A year after year, I delayed it till I finally released it today (19th June, 2011).
The date has a story behind it but, I prefer to keep it for my self as a little secret.
It is really very weird feeling to start writing after all these years, I spent long time online writing in public forums, sharing, leading forums, watching others experience and working in a dynamic world that has new things every minute. I planned for this too much but, I’ve never had the chance to do it. Yes .. Yes .. you are right, the lack of Time, my work and some of what is called “my laziness” were the reasons behind this long delay!
Let’s jump to what you are gonna have on this Blog. On K Blog, you will have a closer look on my extreme sharp opinions about almost every thing, point of view in life and posts talking about my life, my fails, my successes, some memories, some craziness and few of my secrets. You will see the world through my eyes!
K Photography is a part of K Blog but, I prefer to talk about it in the next post. Stay tuned for it!
I’m unable to finish this post at the moment for a reason 😛 ~may be cause it is my first post, I feel like I’m gonna write too much (& this is not a good beginning :D) so, I’ll move back with my chair and get back with a new post later, I’m sure about that;)
